Samuel Mercer is a safety for the California Dons. Mercer spent a portion of the 2014 season with the Chicago Outlaws before being signed to the North Florida Renegades after the regular season. Mercer then was released from his contract and signed with California the following week for a one-year, $1 million contract.
History
Samuel grew up playing rugby in his native land and had built up quite a name for himself. He received a call from states from an agent who was impressed with his skill and inquired if he was interested in coming to the UFFL and compete on a more "public" stage. Samuel was signed and is ready to show off his talents against anyone put in front of him.
Samuel is the first fully aquatic animal to apply for entrance into the UFFL.
