Samuel Mercer is a rookie safety for the Chicago Outlaws.
History
Samuel Mercer grew up playing rugby in his native land and had built up quite a name for himself. He received a call from states from an agent who was impressed with his skill and inquired if he was interested in coming to the UFFL and compete on a more "public" stage. Samuel was signed and is ready to show off his talents against anyone put in front of him.
Samuel is the first fully aquatic animal to apply for entrance into the UFFL.
