==Biography==
Born of First Generation immigrants to the US, Troy's young life was a challenge. His young life was a constant case of moving from place to place as his folks tried to make ends meet on part time jobs. He did his best though to keep his grades in good shape, and when stability finally came as he graduated Middle School, he was happy to learn he was accepted into one of the areas best schools, DuPaw. During his High School play, Schimdt's high stature and quick reflexes made him an excellent free safety, being very quick on the ball, and surehanded enough to keep it out of the Wideouts hands.

This performance lead to him to be featured on local AAS teams in his Junior and Senior years, and would help lead DuPaw to a District Area title in his Senior year. On Selection Sunday, the young Maned Wolf surprised some by choosing the local Bearyland University over larger, more successful colleges like Michigan West, and Ohio International, prefering to stay closer to home over the glitz and glamor. While this lead his performance to be at times shadowed by others, his numbers didn't lie as in his Senior year, he lead the Beastly Ten conference in interceptions and knockdowns for a Free Safety. As the Draft approaches, he hopes to have as great of success, and help bring a team to a championship.

4 stars. Above-average speed and vertical ability. Good football IQ. Troy has the frame and the instincts to be a great FS in the league. Has excellent ball skills and can cover lots of ground to get to passes. He should be the first safety called, and among the top DBs as a whole, so don’t be surprised if he is off the board in the 1st round. Could use some more muscle.
