Edward Olson is a kicker for the Easton Bald Eagles. He was notoriously drafted in the first round of the 2017 UFFL Draft - a previously unheard-of event for a kicker.
Biography
Eddie grew up in Olympia, Washington and was known early on as the pup who loved to kick balls. Whether it was kickball, soccer, or even football he'd amaze everyone with how well he kicked. In high school he'd play both soccer and football, his senior year he stuck with football as a kicker or backup punter and was good at both but was more accurate as a kicker. Even in college his coaches praised his foot for saving their tails in tight games against rival teams. Despite his kicking ability, Edward's a smart doggy. He considered early graduation in high school, but stuck around to play sports. In college he played three years with a record of 0 missed field goals/Point after's from his freshman year till the final game in his sophomore year, where he got blocked by a missed tackle on the right. The next year he came back and re-displayed his kicking talent again only missing two field goals in two different games. Despite his misses, his coaches and teammates gave him high praise for a kicker and recommended he play professional while his footpaws were still golden.
Interview
Some species are naturally better built to kick and punt than other species. How does your player's physicality (hooved feet, short legs, heavy tails, etc.) affect their kicking ability?
Lot of personal exercise, and practices kicks on sidelines. but he's ready to kick either way.
How would your player respond to the question, "What team are you most hoping drafts you to their team? "I'm hoping to go to a team that wants a kicker that can go out there and kick te ball right down the middle of the goal posts for 1 or 3 points"
Football players sign contracts with teams to get paid millions of dollars. When your player is signed to a team, are they going to care more about security (staying on a team longer) or money (earning the big $$$) in their contract offer?
Security.
What is your player doing in the off-season to improve their chances of being drafted higher?
he's been going around the league competing in team functions to show off his "golden footpaws"
