Charmaine Baldrick is a Wide Receiver for the Nashville Tuts in the UFFL.
Biography
An established fourth year player in the Furry Australian Football League that will remain ambiguously titled as such to avoid screwing with the Universe, Charm is making a venture across the ocean to the UFFL stage after a call by the League for players of her caliber and position.
Char played a major role in taking her team to whatever the equivalent of a Conference Final game was in Australia land, but there is no place like America to give an appreciation to the sport of American Football, and she feels more than ready and able to take her skills to the biggest stage in the world. Flashy in her style, her touchdown celebrations have (in)famously entailed a sort of war-paint on her frills, bringing vibrancy and panache to her end zone visits in a way that few other species can accomplish.
But can her skills translate across the pond? Just how much of these frills, bells and whistles will the UFFL be seeing? "One way to find out", she supposes.
Evaluation
3 stars. Shows a clear enthusiasm and desire to be there that may translate to increased effort on the field. Athletic, mobile, shows character and sparks to her game. Charm may be an elite player Down Under, but the UFFL is where the big dogs come to play. I hope she is prepared for the rigors of playing against the best players in the world, whom I think will not take too kindly to her excess. But she is of a decent size for a WR; I assume she would be quick off the line, but those late-December games in Montreal and Grand Rapids are not good for reptiles.
