Jacqueline Knight (nickname: Jackie) is a wide receiver for the Texas Ramblers. Knight was the first player to be picked in an UFFL draft, and has been a constant (but also controversial) presence for the Ramblers offense, led by the Knight family.
History
Born and raised in the capital of the English shores, Jacqueline (or Jackie to her mates) was born and raised in a sporting family focused primarily around ice hockey. After being pushed by her parents into following her brother's footsteps by training for a local hockey rec team (her brother being FHL coach and Seattle Gaurdians AGM Jack Knight) she was almost disowned by their father when she refused to attend practice one day and chased down her second dream in life - which was dance - hence why she is a former graduate of the highly rated London Furred Academy.
Following a move with her brother over to the United States after he landed his initial contract with Seattle in the FHL, she found herself with a lot of time on her ever scaled paws. Remembering back to her time back home and the fact that she had not laced up a pair of skates in years, she felt as if she needed to try her paw at a new sport. Hence, her training began with her brother Jack upon his acquisition of the GMship of the Texas Ramblers. Using the field and some spare kit when she can, she quickly found out that using her dance training, she can really produce some highlight reel finishes near the end zone and during some practice games with the lads she proves she can rough it out with the best of them. But when a fellow female player enters the fray - watch out, her desire to be number one can then get the better of her, as her competitive nature often lands her in trouble, one time picking up a 5-match ban during a rookie season with a minor league team for knocking a rival player's teeth out.
After much practice and persuasion by Jack, she has taken up his offer of entry into the draft for the newly formed UFFL, hoping to expand both personally on and off the field... and show those others what they got coming.
